Located in the Lower East Side of New York, this is one venue where dress code is strictly enforced. Ladies are advised to avoid flip flops and ripped jeans, while guys are encouraged to don dark denim and tees. There is an open bar from 9 PM – 1 AM and three different floors, all with varying atmospheres.

With some of the best views of the Manhattan skyline, then this place is a must-visit for New Year’s Eve. It’s located on the 35th floor of Moxy Chelsea. The Fleur Room’s floral decor and vintage disco ball create an elegant, yet luxurious vibe for the evening for when you will be ringing in 2024 with your besties.

PHD Rooftop
Celebrate ringing in 2024 at this luxurious hotspot located at The Dream Hotel. The interior was inspired by an opulent penthouse in addition to amazing views of Midtown Manhattan and Times Square.
